Mike Watson State Farm is looking for a warm, outgoing, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the face of our agency. This is much more than a receptionist role—you're the first impression for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our office.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences, and takes pride in making every interaction welcoming, professional, and memorable. If you're positive, organized, and love building relationships, we'd love to meet you.
Licensing Requirement
This is a licensing-contingent position.
- Candidates must be willing to obtain an Arkansas Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Licensing is not required prior to applying, and you'll begin training while working toward your license.
- We provide study materials, coaching, and full support throughout the licensing process.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member.
- Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations.
- Assist customers with basic policy questions, payments, and service requests.
- Support policy renewals, account updates, and customer follow-up.
- Build strong relationships that create loyal, lifelong customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with daily office operations.
- Work closely with the agency team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
